1. An exercise machine system, comprising:
a vertical post with a plurality of pin holes;
a main carriage secured to the vertical post via one or more locking pins extending through one or more of the plurality of pin holes, wherein the main carriage is vertically adjustable along the vertical post;
a first column having a second plurality of pin holes and pivotally attached to the main carriage;
a weight carriage removably secured to the first column via one or more locking pins, the weight carriage configured to receive and hold one or more weights;
an adjustable connector extending away from the main carriage and having a rotating connection; and
a second column attached to the rotating connection and having a third plurality of pin holes configured to receive a trolly, the trolly configured to support an accessory;
wherein the second column is secured at a predetermined angle away from the rotating connection; and
wherein the user engages with the accessory to complete a desired exercise.
