1. An exercise system comprising:
a handle assembly that is vertically adjustable along a vertical frame member by interfacing with one or more of a plurality of apertures of the vertical frame member and includes first and second side plates that extend forward; and
an armature coupled to the handle assembly via a connector, wherein the armature is vertically arcuately adjustable in a first plane relative to the vertical frame member via a first end of the connector that is rotatable about a first pivot point intermediate the first and second side plates of the handle assembly, and wherein the armature is horizontally adjustable in a second plane relative to the vertical frame member at a second pivot point that is established by a pivot coupling member that is coupled to the armature and to a second end of the connector.
