1. A system, comprising:
a programmer configured to instruct a stimulator to deliver an electrical waveform to at least one electrode to provide at least one evoked potential feature;
wherein the programmer includes a user interface configured to:
display a first stimulation parameter for the electrical waveform, a second stimulation parameter for the electrical waveform and an auto adjust command, the first and the second stimulation parameters having a defined relationship to the at least one evoked potential feature;
receive a signal for adjusting the first stimulation parameter;
adjusting a value for the first stimulation parameter in response to receiving the signal;
receive a user actuation of the auto adjust command; and
automatically adjust a value for the second stimulation parameter based on the defined relationship when the auto adjust command is actuated to keep the at least one evoked potential feature at a substantially constant level,
wherein the programmer is configured to update the stimulator with the adjusted values for the first and second stimulation parameters for the electrical waveform.
