1. A lipid nanoparticle composition comprising a ganglioside GD3, an ionizable lipid, phospholipid, cholesterol, and a nucleic acid, said lipid nanoparticle has an average particle size of 30-200 nm ; wherein the lipid nanoparticle does not comprise a PEG-lipid.
