1. A method of using Lactobacillus fermentum TC1757 for gaining muscle by promoting irisin secretion and inhibiting myostatin in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject an effective dose of the Lactobacillus fermentum TC1757, wherein an accession number of the Lactobacillus fermentum TC1757 is DSM 33914, and the Lactobacillus fermentum TC1757 comprises a full length nucleotide sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1.
