1. A surgical navigation system configured for operation in a procedure, comprising:
a memory system having stored thereon a neural network that is trained for analyzing an image data including to segment at least one member in an image data,
a processor system configured to:
receive an input from a user regarding at least a user identity;
access the image data;
access the memory system to execute the neural network to segment the image data;
output a three-dimensional (3D) image data of the segmentation;
output a workflow procedure, automatically, for at least a portion for a surgical procedure to be performed on the subject based on the output 3D image data and the received user identity;
wherein the neural network includes at least one of a limited number of parameters or selected weights on parameters to increase a probability of correct segmentation.
