1. A comfortable dress shoe comprising:
a flexible upper structure comprising a lining layer formed of natural leather layered with a stretchy fabric having a stretch percentage of 30%; and
an insole comprising:
a leather layer;
a suede layer; and
a cushion layer;
wherein the leather layer is disposed on top of the suede layer, and the suede layer is disposed on top of the cushion layer.
