1. A user equipment comprising:
receiving circuitry configured to receive a radio resource control (RRC) message which includes an indication used to indicate whether each of radio link control (RLC) entities, which are associated with a single data radio bearer (DRB), is activated or deactivated for packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) duplication, the indication being included in a PDCP-Config information element (IE); and
transmitting circuitry configured to duplicate a PDCP protocol data unit (PDU) and submit the PDCP PDU to more than one of the RLC entities which is activated for the PDCP duplication if the PDCP duplication is activated for the single DRB, wherein
the PDCP-Config IE is used to set configurable PDCP parameters for the single DRB,
the indication is constituted by more than one bit, each associated with a corresponding one of the RLC entities, and
respective bits in the indication, which are associated with the RLC entities, are arranged in ascending order of respective logical channel identities (IDs) associated with the RLC entities.
