1. A power amplifier system comprising:
an input terminal configured to receive a radio frequency input signal;
a cascode power amplifier electrically coupled to the input terminal, the cascode power amplifier including at least first and second cascode devices to amplify the radio frequency input signal;
at least first and second transconductance devices electrically coupled to the input terminal and the first and second cascode devices; and
at least first and second degeneration circuits respectively electrically coupled between the first and second transconductance devices and ground, each of the at least first and second degeneration circuits include at least one resistor and one inductor.
