1. A modular nuclear reactor plant, comprising:
multiple nuclear reactor modules, each housing a reactor core, wherein each nuclear reactor module includes:
a reactor pressure vessel;
a lower reactor vessel head removably attached to the reactor pressure vessel and configured to house the reactor core;
a containment vessel encapsulating the reactor pressure vessel; and
a lower containment head removably attached to the containment vessel and configured to house the lower reactor vessel head; and
a nuclear power building including:
multiple reactor bays each positioned to house one of the multiple nuclear reactor modules;
at least one refueling bay positioned to receive nuclear reactor modules for disassembly and refueling; and
a crane positionable to, for an individual nuclear reactor module:
move the nuclear reactor module from one of the reactor bays to a first stand in the at least one refueling bay and seat the lower containment head into the first stand, and
lift and move the containment vessel, the reactor pressure vessel, and the lower reactor vessel head into a different location while the lower containment head remains in the first stand.
