20. A system, comprising:
first and second central processing units, a first integrated circuit, a first power regulator having a power output connected to the first central processing unit and a first control input connected to the first integrated circuit, and a second power regulator having a power output connected to the second central processing unit and a second control input connected to the first integrated circuit; and
a single baseboard management controller in communication with the first integrated circuit to instruct the first integrated circuit to independently supply power to the first central processing unit and/or the second central processing unit in a partitioned mode and configured to instruct the first integrated circuit to coordinate supply of power to the first and second central processing units in a unified mode.
