1. A recombinant nucleic acid molecule comprising a heterologous promoter operably linked to a polynucleotide segment encoding a pesticidal protein or pesticidal fragment thereof, wherein:
a. said pesticidal protein comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:63 or SEQ IS NO:65; or
b. said pesticidal protein comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 99% identity to SEQ ID NO:63 or SEQ ID NO:65.
