if it is judged that the notification relaxation condition is not satisfied of the category of the recommended behavior does not correspond to the recommended behavior notification, executing normal notification processing in which an output status of the recommended behavior in both the display device and the voice output device is controlled to an active state; and
if it is judged that the notification relaxation conditions is satisfied and the category of the recommended behavior corresponds to the recommended behavior notification, executing relaxation notification processing in which the output status of the recommended behavior in the voice output device is controlled to an inactive state.
