1. A system comprising:
one or more processors; and
computer-readable media storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
receiving sensor data captured by a sensor carried by a vehicle, the vehicle being associated with a unique identifier;
determining, based at least in part on the unique identifier, one or more characteristics of the vehicle;
determining, based at least in part on the sensor data, a driving behavior associated with a driver of the vehicle, the driving behavior being characterized by at least one value;
receiving, from an individual other than the driver, an input indicating a preferred driving behavior unique to the vehicle, and different from other vehicles;
determining, based on the input and the one or more characteristics of the vehicle, a threshold value corresponding to the driving behavior;
determining that the at least one value is less than the threshold value; and
applying an incentive to a record associated with the driver based at least in part on the at least one value being less than the threshold value.
