1. A display device comprising:
a display instrument provided in a moving body;
a range calculating unit configured to calculate a reachable range that the moving body is capable of reaching, based on a remaining amount of energy of the moving body; and
a display control unit configured to cause the moving body, a prescribed facility, and the reachable range to be displayed on a screen of the display instrument such that the moving body, the prescribed facility, and the reachable range are superimposed on a map, cause the prescribed facility to be fixedly displayed at a prescribed position on the screen, regardless of a reduction scale of the map, and change a display mode of the reachable range according to a distance between the moving body and the prescribed facility.
