1. A method for the treatment of clot material within a vasculature of a patient, the method comprising
positioning a first catheter at least partially within the vasculature proximate to the clot material;
aspirating, via an aspiration source, at least a portion of the clot material and blood through the first catheter and into a clot container coupled to the first catheter, wherein the clot container includes a filter configured to filter the portion of the clot material from the blood to produce filtered blood;
fluidically coupling a pressure source to the clot container;
activating the pressure source to draw the filtered blood into the clot container;
fluidically decoupling the pressure source from the clot container;
coupling the pressure source to a second catheter at least partially positioned within the vasculature; and
driving the filtered blood from the pressure source through the second catheter into the vasculature.
