1. A kit, comprising:
(a) a first body comprising a bone foundation guide configured to be secured relative to an alveolar ridge of a patient and extend along a first plane while secured relative to the alveolar ridge of the patient, the first plane being parallel to an occlusal plane of the alveolar ridge of the patient;
(b) a second body configured to removably couple with the first body and extend along a second plane while coupled with the first body, the second plane being parallel to the occlusal plane of the alveolar ridge of the patient, the second body comprising:
(i) an arched portion configured to complement the alveolar ridge of the patient, and
(ii) a bone foundation guide engagement feature configured to engage the bone foundation guide, the bone foundation guide engagement feature being configured to position the arched portion such that the arched portion is spaced away relative to the first body along a dimension that is perpendicular to the occlusal plane of the alveolar ridge of the patient and such that the bone foundation guide engagement feature is configured to define a space extending along the dimension, over the first plane, and between the first body and the second body, the space being further positioned along the dimension between the second body and the alveolar ridge of the patient when the second body is mounted to the first body and the bone foundation guide is secured to the alveolar ridge of the patient, and
the first body and the second body together being configured to enable visualization of the alveolar ridge of the patient in the space extending along the dimension, over the first plane, and between the second body and the alveolar ridge of the patient while the second body is mounted to the first body and the first body is secured to the alveolar ridge of the patient; and
(c) a third body comprising a dental implant surgical guide, the dental implant surgical guide having a body with a plurality of apertures to locate a plurality of implants in the alveolar ridge of the patient, the third body being configured to removably couple with the first body.
