1. A microbial inoculant composition comprising:

an aquatic Pseudomonas spp.;

an aquatic Delftia spp.;

a Clostridium spp.;

Sphingosinicella microcystinivorans; and

Pseudomonas chlororaphis, Pseudomonas mandelii, Pseudomonas umsongensis, Arthrobacter ramosus, or Streptomyces yogyakartensis.
