An array substrate, comprising a base substrate, and a conductive pattern layer and an electrode pattern layer that are sequentially disposed on the base substrate along a direction going away from the base substrate, wherein the base substrate is provided with a display region and a peripheral region disposed around the display region, the conductive pattern layer comprises a plurality of conductive structures disposed in the peripheral region, and the electrode pattern layer comprises a plurality of electrodes disposed in the display region and protection structures disposed on the conductive structures,
wherein a mask layer is disposed on the electrode pattern layer and comprises electrode layer patterns disposed on the electrodes and protection patterns disposed on the protection structures.
