1. A lighting device comprising:
a substrate;
a plurality of light sources spaced apart from each other on the substrate;
a resin layer disposed on the substrate and configured to seal the plurality of light sources; and
a diffusion layer disposed on a surface of the resin layer; and
a phosphor layer disposed on the surface of the resin layer,
wherein the diffusion layer includes a plurality of first concave portions having a first depth from an upper surface of the diffusion layer,
wherein at least one of the plurality of first concave portions has a different width in a first direction, and
wherein an area of the upper surface of the diffusion layer is larger than an area of a bottom surface of the first concave portions.
