1. A lens moving apparatus comprising:
a base;
a circuit board disposed on the base;
a coil board disposed on the circuit board and comprising a first bore and a second coil;
a housing disposed on the coil board;
a bobbin disposed in the housing;
a first magnet disposed at the housing so as to be opposite to the second coil in an optical axis direction; and
a conductive adhesive member connecting the coil board and the circuit board,
wherein the coil board comprises a terminal disposed to contact an inner circumferential surface thereof, and the circuit board comprises a pad disposed to contact an inner circumferential surface thereof, and
wherein the conductive adhesive member connects the terminal of the coil board and the pad of the circuit board.
