1. A user equipment (UE) for wireless communication, comprising:
a memory; and
one or more processors, coupled to the memory, configured to:
transmit an indication of a UE capability of one or more conditions associated with performing simultaneous transmission of physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions, wherein the one or more conditions indicate that the PUSCH transmissions at least partially overlap in a time domain;
receive an indication of uplink grants for a first PUSCH message and a second PUSCH message that at least partially overlap in the time domain; and
transmit the first PUSCH message and the second PUSCH message based at least in part on the one or more conditions associated with performing simultaneous transmission of the PUSCH transmissions being satisfied.
