1. A wireless terminal of a cellular telecommunication system, the wireless terminal comprising:
receiver circuitry configured to receive, from a first cell served by a mobile base station relay:
a first instruction for configuring a deactivation timer indicating when the first cell will be deactivated,
a second instruction to reselect a second cell, and a
cell identity of the second cell, and;
processor circuitry configured to perform, based on the first instruction and the second instruction, a cell selection/reselection procedure to reselect the second cell; and
wherein the first instruction is included in a first system information block (SIB).
