1. One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing processor-executable instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:
determine, based on a parameter, a change to a level of complexity to encode a first content transmission, wherein the first content transmission is associated with a first bandwidth priority;
determine a second content transmission associated with a second bandwidth priority; and
generate, based on the change in the level of complexity and the second bandwidth priority, a third content transmission.
