1. An encoding method, applied to an encoder, comprising:
determining input feature map data;
performing relevant processing on the input feature map data, to obtain a plurality of feature sub-maps, wherein the relevant processing comprises quantization processing, filling processing and shape conversion processing;
reordering the plurality of feature sub-maps, to obtain a quasi time domain sequence and corresponding reordering information; and
encoding the quasi time domain sequence and the reordering information, to generate a bitstream.
