represent the PCF in a 5th generation (5G) core network (5GC) as a PCFFunction Information Object Class (IOC) that includes a configurable5QISetRef attribute and a dynamic5QISetRef attribute, the configurable5QISetRef attribute providing a domain name (DN) of preconfigured 5G Quality of Service (QoS) Identifiers (5QIs) and QoS characteristics of the preconfigured 5QIs, the dynamic5QISetRef attribute providing a DN of dynamic 5QIs including QoS characteristics of the dynamic 5QIs, and
configure a session management function (SMF) with predefined policy and charging control (PCC) rules specified by a PredefinedPccRules attribute in a PredefinedPccRuleSet attribute; and
a memory configured to store the instructions.
