1. An anode for a lithium secondary battery comprising:
an anode current collector; and
an anode active material layer which is formed on at least one surface of the anode current collector and satisfies Equation 1 below:

(In Equation 1, Rfion and Dfvd are values after formation, wherein Rfion is a pore resistance (Ω), and Dfvd is a density (g/cc) of the anode active material layer).
