1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a computing device and from a first device associated with a user attempting to interact with an application, a request for assistance with the application;
determining an Internet Protocol (IP) address corresponding to the first device;
receiving, from a server and based on the IP address, log data indicating interactions, by the first device and via the application, with the server; and
recreating, in response to receiving the request for assistance and based on the log data, a plurality of interactions by the user with the application, the plurality of interactions preceding the request for assistance.
