1. An electronic device, comprising:
a device housing;
a front-facing imager;
one or more sensors;
a blade assembly carrying a flexible display and slidably coupled to the device housing such that the blade assembly is slidable between:
an extended position where the blade assembly extends beyond an edge of the device housing; and
a retracted position where a major surface of the blade assembly abuts a major surface of the device housing without extending beyond the edge of the device housing; and
one or more processors;
wherein the one or more processors, in response to the one or more sensors detecting the electronic device being handed from a first person to a second person:
determine, using the one or more sensors, whether sensor input received from the second person defines a hand of the second person being different from another hand of the first person defined by other sensor input received from the first person prior to the electronic device being handed from the first person to the second person; and
when the sensor input received from the second person defines the hand of the second person being different than the another hand of the first person, cause the blade assembly to slide relative to the device housing.
