1. A method comprising:
receiving first location information at a first respective position by two or more antenna of a rotatable antenna array, the first respective position of each of the two or more antenna being different, and the first location information being collected simultaneously while the rotatable antenna array is rotating;
receiving second location information at a second respective position by the two or more antenna of the rotatable antenna array, the second respective position of each of the two or more antenna being different, and the second location information being collected simultaneously while the rotatable antenna array is rotating;
determining cumulative average positions of the two or more antenna at the first respective position and the second respective position; and
determining a device location using the cumulative average positions.
