1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
receiving real-time process data for a crude oil processing plant, wherein the real-time process data includes quantitative values for conditions and operations at the crude oil processing plant;
determining, using the real-time process data, a multiple stabilizer oil flow control strategy for a plurality of crude oil stabilizer columns of the crude oil processing plant, wherein the multiple stabilizer oil flow control strategy for the crude oil processing plant comprises a dynamic oil-flow load allocation function, a disturbance function, and a crude demand controller;
determining, using the multiple stabilizer oil flow control strategy, a targeted oil flow rate for each stabilizer column of the plurality of crude oil stabilizer columns of the crude oil processing plant, wherein the targeted oil flow rate provides a continuous and on-target crude oil supply to components of the crude oil processing plant in multiple operating scenarios of the crude oil processing plant, and wherein the on-target crude oil supply comprises a range of oil flow volumes required for continuous operation; and
operating the crude oil processing plant using the multiple stabilizer oil flow control strategy, comprising maintaining, using the targeted oil flow rate for each stabilizer column of the plurality of crude oil stabilizer columns of the crude oil processing plant, crude oil demand for different combinations of the plurality of crude oil stabilizer columns during the multiple operating scenarios.
