1. A device comprising:
a controller configured to:
receive, from an autonomous driving controller of a vehicle, a key and a query string;
determine an authority level corresponding to the key;
modify the query string based on the authority level; and
execute the modified query string; and
a database configured to store autonomous driving data according to an execution of the modified query string.
