1. A water reservoir for a respiratory pressure therapy (RPT) device to deliver a flow of pressurized breathable gas to a patient, the water reservoir comprising:
a reservoir base including a cavity structured to hold a volume of water when the water reservoir is in a working configuration relative to a water reservoir dock of the RPT device;
a heat conductive portion provided to the reservoir base that forms at least a portion of the cavity configured to hold the volume of water, the heat conductive portion being configured, in the working configuration, to thermally engage a heating assembly formed on the water reservoir dock,
a reservoir lid connected to the reservoir,
a guide arrangement configured and arranged to guide the water reservoir into the working configuration,
wherein the guide arrangement includes a guide rail on each of two opposite sides of the water reservoir, each said guide rail being configured to engage with a respective guide slot provided in the water reservoir dock to guide the water reservoir to the working configuration, and
wherein the guide arrangement further includes at least one biasing edge or tab provided to a leading edge of the water reservoir, the at least one biasing edge or tab being configured to engage underneath at least one abutment edge provided to the water reservoir dock when the water reservoir is in the working configuration.
