A method of treating and/or preventing neuropathic pain associated with chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of phosphosulindac (PS) to a subject in need thereof such that neuropathic pain associated with CIPN is treated and/or prevented.
