1. A prosthetic comprising:
a patch body having a periphery;
a frame attached to the patch body, wherein the frame assists in spreading the patch body from a reduced configuration to an expanded configuration, and wherein the frame includes one or more apertures; and
one or more tethers, wherein each of the one or more tethers is attached to the patch body at an attachment location with the patch body located radially outward from the frame, wherein each of the one or more tethers includes a free end, and wherein pulling on the free end of each of the one or more tethers applies tension to the one or more tethers to spread the patch body.
