1. A method of wireless communication performed a wireless station (STA), comprising:
communicating with an access point (AP) over a communication medium;
establishing a single-link communication mode with the AP in a first operating bandwidth;
establishing a multi-link communication mode with the AP in at least a second operating bandwidth and a third operating bandwidth;
dynamically transitioning between the single-link communication mode and the multi-link communication mode based upon a determination related to a best mode of delivery for a next period; and
receiving, based on the AP gaining access to a selected operating bandwidth of the first operating bandwidth, the second operating bandwidth, or the third operating bandwidth, a control signal on the first operating bandwidth of the single-link communication mode to enable the wireless STA to retune at least one radio to operate on the first operating bandwidth,
wherein the multi-link communication mode having either the second operating bandwidth or the third operating bandwidth is disabled based on a physical layer protocol data unit (PDDU) being served on the first operating bandwidth of the single-link communication mode, and
wherein the first operating bandwidth of the single-link communication mode is greater than or equal to the second operating bandwidth or the third operating bandwidth—of the multi-link communication mode.
