output, to the first UE, configuration information for transmitting a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback message to the network entity and a second HARQ feedback message to the second UE; and
obtain, from the first UE, the first HARQ feedback message via one or more of the first communication link, or the second communication link, the first HARQ feedback message indicating whether the first UE received a sidelink message from the second UE via the second communication link according to the allocation of resources.
