1. A method implemented in a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:
storing a first extended local emergency number list; and
determining whether or not to discard the first extended local emergency number list based on information received in a registration accept message received via non-3GPP access, wherein the registration accept message received via the non-3GPP access does not include a second local emergency number list, and
wherein the first extended local emergency number list is received in a message from a first public land mobile network (PLMN), and the message comprises an extended emergency number list validity (EENLV) indicator, the EENLV indicator indicating that the first extended local emergency number list is valid in the first PLMN from which the first extended local emergency number list is received.
