at least one memory; and
at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and configured to cause the base station to:
transmit downlink control information (DCI) comprising a transmission configuration indication (TCI), wherein the TCI includes an indication of a first reference signal resource; and
receive a first uplink transmission based on a first transmit power associated with a pathloss based on the first reference signal resource.
