1. A system, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
based on first address data representative of first hub equipment situated in a first geographic area and associated with a first network operator entity, retrieving second address data representative of second hub equipment situated in a second geographic area and associated with a second network entity, wherein the retrieving of the second address data is determined as a function of a geographic distance between a user equipment and the second hub equipment, and wherein the first hub equipment terminates a gateway segment associated with the first geographic area;
in response to transmitting the first address data or the second address data to the user equipment, receiving indicator data representative of an indication that the user equipment is communicating via the first address data or the second address data; and
based on the indicator data, deactivating a service applicable to facilitating future reconnection requests from the user equipment.
