1. A securement member for utility transmission strands comprising:
a main body having a first side portion, a second side portion, first grooved portion configured to receive a utility strand, a second grooved portion configured to receive a utility strand, a first aperture extending through the main body, a second aperture extending through the main body, and a third aperture extending through the main body, wherein the second aperture and the third aperture are positioned between the first grooved portion and the first side portion;
a fastener coupled to the main body and extending into the first aperture; and
a strap selectively receivable within the first aperture, the second aperture, and the third aperture in order to secure strands to the main body, the fastener engaging the strap to secure the strap relative to the main body.
 
9. A securement member for utility transmission strands comprising:
a main body having a first grooved portion configured to receive a utility strand, a second grooved portion configured to receive a utility strand, a first aperture extending through the main body, a second aperture extending through the main body, and a third aperture extending through the main body;
a first fastener having a first base portion secured to the main body and a first cantilevered portion extending into the first aperture at an oblique angle in a first direction;
a second fastener having a second base portion secured to the main body and a second cantilevered portion extending into the second aperture at an oblique angle in the first direction;
a third fastener having a third base portion secured to the main body and a third cantilevered portion extending into the third aperture at an oblique angle in a second direction; and
a strap selectively receivable within the first aperture, the second aperture, and the third aperture in order to secure strands to the main body, the fastener engaging the strap to secure the strap relative to the main body.
 
15. A securement assembly for utility transmission strands, the securement member comprising:
a main body having a first grooved portion configured to receive a first utility strand, a first main aperture extending through the main body, and a second main aperture extending through the main body;
an adapter connected to the main body, the adapter having a second grooved portion configured to receive a second utility strand, a first adapter aperture extending through the adapter and a second adapter aperture extending through the adapter, wherein the adapter is configured to connect to the main body so that the first adapter aperture aligns with the first main aperture and the second adapter aperture aligns with the second main aperture; and
a strap selectively receivable within the first main aperture, the first adapter aperture, the second main aperture and the second adapter aperture.
