1. An image-capture element, comprising:
a pixel array that includes a plurality of pixels on a substrate, wherein each of the plurality of pixels includes a photoelectric conversion element;
a transparent layer formed on the pixel array; and
a spectroscopic element array including a plurality of spectroscopic elements that are disposed inside or on the transparent layer,
wherein each of the spectroscopic elements includes a set of microstructures composed of a plurality of microstructures disposed at intervals equal to or shorter than a wavelength of incident light,
wherein the pixel array is disposed at a position to receive lights that are spectralized by the plurality of spectroscopic elements to directions corresponding to their respective wavelengths.
