               1. A display panel, comprising:
            a first substrate;
                a light-emitting layer; and
                a light modulation layer,
                wherein:
              the light-emitting layer is located between the first substrate and the light modulation layer;
                  the light modulation layer includes a first light modulation layer and a second light modulation layer;
                  the light-emitting layer includes at least one light-emitting element;
                  the first light modulation layer includes at least one first opening;
                  an orthographic projection of the at least one first opening on the first substrate overlaps with an orthographic projection of the at least one light-emitting element on the first substrate;
                  the second light modulation layer covers the at least one first opening;
                  a refractive index of the second light modulation layer is greater than a refractive index of the first light modulation layer;
                  the display panel includes a first display area;
                  the light modulation layer includes a first part;
                  the first part is located in the first display area;
                  in the first part, a first inclination angle is formed between a tangent of a contact point between a sidewall of a first one of the at least one first opening and a bottom of the first one of the at least one first opening and a bottom surface of the first light modulation layer; and
                  a value of the first inclination angle is in a range of being greater than 50° and less than 60°.
