1. A cargo management, verification, and tracking system, comprising:
an electronic processing device; and
a non-transitory memory device storing (i) Artificial Intelligence (AI) analysis logic and (ii) operating instructions that when executed by the electronic processing device, result in:
providing, by the electronic processing device and to a first remote mobile electronic device operated by a first user assigned to a particular shipment of cargo, a first cargo management, verification, and tracking interface, the first interface comprising a data input mechanism that enables the first user to input data descriptive of a plurality of items comprising the particular shipment of cargo that has been loaded on a vehicle, wherein the first user assigned to the particular shipment of cargo comprises a loader of the shipment of cargo;
receiving, by the electronic processing device and from the first remote mobile electronic device and via the data input mechanism of the first interface, the data descriptive of the plurality of items comprising the particular shipment of cargo that has been loaded on the vehicle;
generating, by the electronic processing device and based on the data descriptive of the plurality of items comprising the particular shipment of cargo that has been loaded on the vehicle, a cargo manifest;
providing, by the electronic processing device and to a second remote mobile electronic device operated by a second user assigned to the particular shipment of cargo, a second cargo management, verification, and tracking interface, the second interface comprising a data output mechanism that enables the second user to receive output descriptive of a verification of the cargo manifest, wherein the second user assigned to the particular shipment of cargo comprises a transporter of the shipment of cargo;
comparing, by an execution of the AI analysis logic by the electronic processing device, sensor data descriptive of the plurality of items comprising the particular shipment of cargo that has been loaded on the vehicle with the cargo manifest;
outputting, by the electronic processing device and based on the comparing, and via the second interface, output descriptive of the verification of the cargo manifest;
receiving, by the electronic processing device, from the first remote mobile electronic device and via the first interface, a request to verify an identity of the second user associated with the particular shipment of cargo, wherein the request to verify the identity comprises an image of the second user;
authenticating, by the electronic processing device and in response to the request, and by comparing the image of the second user with a stored image of the second user, the identity of the second user associated with the particular shipment of cargo that has been loaded on the vehicle; and
outputting, by the electronic processing device and based on the comparing, and via the first interface, and prior to the second user being permitted by the first user to depart with the particular shipment of cargo that has been loaded on the vehicle, output descriptive of the verification of the cargo manifest.
