1. A computer-implemented method for reducing spikes in bandwidth and network resource consumption associated with hosting an auction comprising:
receiving, by one or more servers of a contract negotiation system and from a first computing device of a buyer, a request for a product, wherein the request includes an indication that the request may be fulfilled in a plurality of portions;
receiving, by the one or more servers, a first response from a second computing device of a first seller to fulfill a first portion of the request;
receiving, by the one or more servers, a second response from a third computing device of a second seller to fulfill a second portion of the request;
accessing, by the one or more servers, data associated with the request;
generating, by the one or more servers and based at least in part on the data associated with the request and first seller information associated with the first seller, a first personalized cost estimate associated with the first seller to fulfill the first portion of the request,
wherein the first personalized cost estimate is generated prior to submitting any cost estimate associated with the first seller to fulfill the first portion of the request to the first computing device of the buyer, and
wherein the first personalized cost estimate includes a first cost for the first seller to charge the buyer to fulfill the first portion of the request;
generating, by the one or more servers and based at least in part on the data associated with the request and second seller information associated with the second seller, a second personalized cost estimate associated with the second seller to fulfill the second portion of the request,
wherein the second personalized cost estimate is generated prior to submitting any cost estimate associated with the second seller to fulfill the second portion of the request to the first computing device of the buyer, and
wherein the second personalized cost estimate includes a second cost for the second seller to charge the buyer to fulfill the second portion of the request;
transmitting, by the one or more servers and to the second computing device, the first personalized cost estimate without transmitting the second personalized cost estimate;
transmitting, by the one or more servers and to the third computing device, the second personalized cost estimate without transmitting the first personalized cost estimate;
receiving, by the one or more servers and from the second computing device, a first indication that the first seller has accepted the first personalized cost estimate;
receiving, by the one or more servers and from the third computing device, a second indication that the second seller has accepted the second personalized cost estimate; and
responsive at least in part to receiving the first indication and the second indication, providing, by the one or more servers, the first personalized cost estimate and the second personalized cost estimate for acceptance by the buyer.
