1. A computer-implemented method for facilitating user access to a prescription resource, the method being performed via one or more processors and comprising:
obtaining an indication of a request to access the prescription resource, the request obtained via an electronic computing device associated with a user;
obtaining configuration information associated with the electronic computing device, the configuration information indicating compatibility of the electronic computing device to provide output to the user or receive input from the user in accordance with a plurality of modes of user interaction supported by one or more servers to facilitate performing an action prerequisite to providing access to the requested prescription resource to the user;
based upon the obtained configuration information, identifying, from among the plurality of modes supported by the one or more servers, one or more modes of interaction usable at the electronic computing device to perform the action prerequisite to providing access to the requested prescription resource to the user; and
causing one or more interactive user interfaces to be provided at the electronic computing device using at least one of the identified one or more usable modes of interaction to facilitate access to the requested prescription resource at the electronic computing device.
