1. A method, comprising:
receiving, via one or more processors, an indication of an anomalous operation of an industrial automation system;
determining, via the one or more processors, a portion of sensor data associated with the anomalous operation, wherein the portion of the sensor data corresponds to a time period;
transmitting, via the one or more processors, one or more first control signals that cause a plurality of sensors of the industrial automation system to transmit a plurality of sensor datasets based on the portion of the sensor data;
receiving, via the one or more processors, the plurality of sensor datasets after transmitting the first control signal;
determining, via the one or more processors, a reduced set of the plurality of sensor datasets based on one or more properties associated with the anomalous operation, wherein the reduced set of the plurality of sensor datasets comprises a lower dimensional space than the sensor data; and
transmitting, via the one or more processors, a second control signal that causes a subset of the plurality of sensors to transmit an additional plurality of sensor datasets based on the reduced set of the plurality of sensor datasets, wherein the additional plurality of sensor datasets is within the lower dimensional space.
