1. A measuring system comprising:
a camera for continuously photographing construction machines which include a base unit for running and a movable unit moving on the base unit and perform operations at a construction site,
a recognizing means for recognizing the construction machines in photographed images obtained by the photographing,
a tracking means for tracking the image of the construction machines recognized in the multiple photographed images obtained by the continuous photographing,
a position-determining means for collimating to the construction machines which are objects to be tracked, and determining the positions of the construction machines by laser light; and
a moving center calculating means for calculating a point fixed on the base unit, not a measured point, as a moving center based on a result of the determining the positions,
wherein the determining the positions is performed multiple times at intervals.
