1. A method of manufacturing a kit for an insulated panel structure, the method comprising:
determining one or more dimensions of the insulated panel structure;
providing continuously manufactured insulation panels, comprising an interior metal sheet, an exterior metal sheet, and a rigid foam layer disposed between said interior metal sheet and said exterior metal sheet, that are cut to have a length based on the dimensions of the insulated panel structure, and having side ends with tongue and groove alignment structures formed thereon;
cutting some of the continuously manufactured insulation panels to have a width based on the dimensions of the insulated panel structure and to form one or more joints between cut sides of the continuously manufactured insulation panels;
forming connecting structures on two or more of said insulation panels for said insulated panel structure, the connecting structures configured to form one or more joints between adjoined side ends, said connecting structures including opposed holes in said interior metal sheet and said exterior metal sheet; and
providing connection hardware configured to mate with the connecting structures and for forming one or more joints between uncut sides of the continuously manufactured insulation panels, said connection hardware including:
a rotatable shaft;
two shaft-heads couplable to respective ends of said rotatable shaft for fitting into said opposed holes; and
a locking-arm for fitting on said rotatable shaft and lockable to a complementary structure of another one of said insulation panels.
