1. A lock tab washer comprising:
a washer body, the washer body defining a first side and a second side opposite the first side, the washer body defining a hole therethrough, wherein the washer body defines a relief notch formed at the second side, the relief notch defining a shoulder of the washer body;
a first edge tab extending from the first side of the washer body, the first edge tab defining a first section and a second section, the second section bent relative to the first section;
a nut tab extending from the second side of the washer body, the nut tab bent relative to the washer body at a nut tab bend line, wherein the relief notch is recessed into the washer body adjacent to the nut tab to facilitate bending the nut tab relative to the washer body; and
a wing extending from the nut tab, the wing bent relative to the nut tab; wherein:
the lock tab washer further comprises a second edge tab extending from the first side of the washer body;
a gap is defined between the first edge tab and the second edge tab;
the washer body is substantially planar;
the first section of the first edge tab is substantially planar and is substantially coplanar with the washer body;
the washer body is configured to be confronted by a nut at a first face of the lock tab washer;
the washer body and the first section of the first edge tab are configured to be confronted by a hanger at a second face of the lock tab washer; and
a convex, arcuate edge portion of the washer body extends across the gap from the first edge tab to the second edge tab.
